I am delighted to have been the winner of the first-ever Women in Construction Award at the ICIA. [...]What this award can do is highlight what amazing opportunities there are in construction for women of all ages.

Tonight, at the Irish Construction Industry Awards, it was very inspiring: there was so much innovation and it’s really exciting and we can see that at least the next ten years is going to be extremely busy for the construction industry.

Winning the Diversity & Inclusion Champion” award is testament to the hard work of everybody involved in turning the dial on diversity and inclusion in our industry. It’s a journey that requires commitment and we are delighted to be on it with our employees, our clients and all our stakeholders.
