This award is open to any female HR professional working in the construction industry who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing human resources practices, whether in the context of construction projects or broader HR initiatives. Entrants can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission: the judges ask you to address the key criteria set out below in a clear written manner, laying out any supporting material – e.g., photos, plans, graphics, videos, etc. – in a clear and understandable manner.
- Career Summary: Provide a succinct overview of their career and qualifications. Showcase their evolution as an HR professional in the construction industry.
- Contributions & Achievements: Summarise the person’s contributions and achievements in advancing HR practices or improving workforce management within the construction industry.
- Sample Projects/Initiatives: Highlight any recent HR projects or initiatives they were heavily involved in over the past 12 months - whether in the context of construction projects or broader HR strategies - and quantify its success with measurable outcomes.
- Leadership: Outline how the individual has displayed strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, commitment, and enthusiasm for the role.
- Supporting Facts & Statements: Include any other statements or facts that support the entry, including a supporting letter from a more senior figure within your own company or a client’s.
