This award celebrates outstanding female leaders at the helm of companies in the Irish construction industry who have demonstrated transformative leadership, strategic vision, and exceptional achievements over the past 18 months.

We are seeking entrants who not only claim excellence but can substantiate their achievements through tangible evidence.

Entrants can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges ask you to address the key criteria set out below in a clear written manner, laying out any supporting material – e.g., photos, plans, graphics, videos, etc. – in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Nominee Introduction: Provide a brief overview of the CEO's professional background, key achievements and milestones, and the unique qualities that set them apart as a leader.
  • Leadership &Vision: Showcase their distinctive leadership style and overarching vision for the company, and how their leadership has shaped the organisation and set a clear trajectory for success.
  • Company Growth & Achievements: Detail the nominee's role in driving the growth and notable achievements of the company. Quantify successes and highlight milestones that underscore the impact of their strategic decisions.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Illustrate how they have fostered innovation within the organisation and demonstrated adaptability to industry changes.
  • Employee Engagement & Company Culture: Discuss their contributions toward fostering a positive company culture and high levels of employee engagement.
  • Community & Industry Impact: Explore the nominee's impact on the community and the broader construction industry.
