Best Female Led Team

This award acknowledges the remarkable accomplishments of female-led teams, serving as a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence and their pivotal role in advancing the construction sector.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Team Background: Provide a brief overview of the team, highlighting female leaders and other key members, their roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and any notable achievements.
• Functions: Describe the functions carried out by the team. What is their purpose within the company? What do their everyday tasks involve?
• Teamwork: Describe instances where collaborative communication and seamless teamwork were crucial to overcoming challenges or achieving significant milestones, emphasizing the impact of female leadership.
• Projects & Initiatives: Summarise key projects or initiatives the team worked on over the past 18 months. Include information on their scale, complexity, and impact. Highlight how the team's leadership played a pivotal role in their success, emphasising innovation and any other distinguishing factors.
• Contributions & Achievements: Describe other important contributions the team has made to your company and/or clients in this period, including innovations introduced, outstanding achievements, and benefits of the work carried out.
• Supporting Testimonials: Include testimonials from senior professionals connected to the team that speak to their impact and commitment to excellence.
